Karaoke (kar a o ke), verb. To sing a song live over the pre-recorded music while reading the lyrics on a TV screen, usually in front of a lot of people who are laughing with, and sometimes at, you. This may not be the technical definition of Karaoke, but it sure is a lot of fun!

While the over 50 contestants performed on stage via Shure UC Wireless mics, the audience was able to follow along via the 42" Sony Plasma TV and the JBL MPro sound system.
